WorkStation evaluation request

If you have conducted the Computer Workstation Self Assessment Checklist and still did not resolve your issues, you can request an ergonomic assessment.  An ergonomic specialist will come to your workstation to evaluate how to best reduce the risk of repetitive motion injuries.  EHS and Facilities will assist you with the purchase and installation of any required equipment.
