General Maintenance provides various general maintenance services, to preserve the historic atmosphere of the campus, as well as addressing comfort levels with regards to proper temperature and lighting levels.

The General Maintenance team provides a wide range of services to the campus community. Special emphasis is placed on the generalized repair and maintenance of existing buildings, components and systems. In-house skills are maintained in the areas of heating and air conditioning, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, carpentry and general handyman services.Submitting a Service Request
Welcome to FAMIS, the Online Service Request system for Facilities Maintenance. Santa Clara University Faculty and Staff are welcome to use FAMIS Online for General Maintenance Requests.
