Policies
The Utilities department upholds all of Santa Clara University's policies in regards to ethics, safety, and environmental conservation.
Procedures
Customer requests for service should originate through the Facilities department. These requests include repairs to any broken or malfunctioning equipment, as well as any general maintenance repairs. All emergency repairs should be directed to Campus Safety - see below.
