IWEE Will Convene Women Leaders

The Initiative for Women's Economic Empowerment (IWEE) will convene women leaders and gender allies to discern common challenges and opportunities to advance economic empowerment; mentor women scientists, engineers, entrepreneurs, and professionals; help social enterprises led by and serving women scale their impact; and educate future women leaders on how to overcome implicit bias and fashion more equitable societies everywhere.  Our long term goal for IWEE will evolve from an initiative to The Institute for Women’s Economic Empowerment.

Eva Sage-Gavin will lead the IWEE as an Executive-in-Residence with Santa Clara University’s Leavey School of Business and Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship.
