Amanda Badger joined the accounting faculty in the Fall of 2017. Her research and teaching interests are mainly in financial accounting, capital markets, and voluntary disclosure. Her dissertation examines whether changes (over time) in the properties of earnings affect the extent to which current prices reflect future earnings information. Amanda is completing her PhD at the University of Rochester. She received her B.S.B.A. in Entrepreneurship and Global Business from Sierra Nevada College.
