Abhay Gangadharan - Executive MBA ‘15
Abhay leads the Job Architecture Strategy team in People Operations at Google. His career spans 20 years, 8 of them at Google has enabled him to traverse diverse functions ranging from operations, program management, product development, advertising operations and people operations strategy. In people operations he driven the job architecture strategy and service delivery offerings for Alphabet companies. Prior to that he ran product operations for AdMob, AdX & YouTube advertising. Prior to Google, he held executive and leadership roles in CBS Interactive, Fox Interactive Media, MySpace & United Online (NetZero, Juno, Classmates).
Abhay got his Executive MBA from Santa Clara University and MA Economics from Osmania University. He also earned a bachelor’s degree in Economics from St. Stephen’s College in Delhi University.

Jennifer Adams - Executive MBA ‘18
Jennifer Adams is Sr. Director of Go-To-Market Strategy & Programs at Plantronics, a global leader in communications and collaboration solutions spanning headsets, audio/video conferencing, analytics and services. She credits the program with providing a broader and more quantitative business foundation to grow out of a marketing focused role and into a sales and strategy leadership position (a promotion earned shortly after completing her MBA coursework in 2018). In this expanded role she directs the development of global go-to-market strategy and plans with strategic ecosystem partners and builds regionally aligned programs to achieve sales objectives across business segments.

Giampietro Bieli - Executive MBA ‘18
Giampietro Bieli serves as Director of Marketing and Applications for KLA, a leader in process control using advanced inspection tools, metrology systems, and computational analytics. At KLA, Giampietro is responsible to develop the business unit roadmap, revenue stream, products development, worldwide field applications engineer activities, manage the marketing team, P&L management.
Over the past eighteen years within the company, his career evolved from Application Engineer to Application Manager and lately into Marketing. Giampietro has over ten years of management experience including global teams.
Upon joining the EMBA program in 2017, Giampietro immediately applied what he was learning. The results have been quite positive. The techniques and methods learned helped him with financial analysis, ROI calculation and in general to improve his high level business analysis skills, resulting in a promotion within six months of the starting of his program.

Helen Wang - Executive MBA ‘15
Helen is a supply chain executive with more than 16 years of experience in the high tech industry. She is currently the CEO and Founder of W Consulting Group that serves as a bridge between Silicon Valley and supply chain companies around the world. Previously, Helen was the Director of Supplier Partnerships and Head of Procurement at Google X and was recognized as the “Queen of Procurement for Moonshots”. Prior to Google, Helen had a long and successful career at Apple where she helped deliver a portfolio of Apple’s innovative products including the company’s first release of the iPhone. Before joining Apple, Helen led the Procurement function at Foxconn Technology Group in the U.S. She has a proven track record in supply chain strategy and operations, ranging from launching large scale consumer products to enabling breakthrough technologies for emerging products. Helen earned an Executive MBA from Leavey School of Business and a BS in Science from San Jose State. “The EMBA program at Leavey School of Business had broadened my scope of leadership, business acumen, and networking effect. My 2015 cohort was a small and tight group that would support each other as lifetime friends. Oliver Vivell - Executive MBA ‘16
Oliver Vivell is Vice President at SAP’s Corporate Development team in Silicon Valley. He is responsible for identifying acquisition opportunities and strategic partnerships in the United States. Additionally, he manages the product & technology team for due diligence and integration activities across all of SAP’s inorganic growth initiatives. Prior to this, he held global positions in SAP’s Corporate Development team and in the Global Service & Support organization, both with a focus on M&A. Oliver started his career 2006 at SAP in the New Product Introduction team.
Oliver holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Leavey School of Business at Santa Clara University, a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in Legal Informatics from Leibniz University of Hannover, Germany, and a law degree from Goethe University of Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
In his free time, Oliver enjoys spending time with his wife and children exploring the beauty and nature of the Bay Area.
