    Optimizing LinkedIn - Tuesday, January 16th 2018, 11:45 - 12:30 pm,  12:45 - 1:30pm Lucas Hall 125

    Optimize your profile page and learn how to effectively use LinkedIn to jumpstart your job search. Learn how to build an effective profile and online brand.  How to connect with industry professionals, conduct company research and more... Bring your laptop and be prepared to work on your own profile in this interactive session.

    Career Fair Prep - Monday, January 22nd 2018, 3:45-4:30pm, 4:45 - 5:30pm, Lucas Hall 125

    Your resume, LinkedIn profile and a good elevator pitch are three key essentials for jump starting your job search. This workshop will cover key tips for your LinkedIn profile and a framework for you to develop a concise elevator pitch. You'll be better prepared for the upcoming Career Fairs and how to speak with recruiters.

    Behavioral Interviewing - Tuesday, January 23rd 2018, 11:45 - 12:30 pm,  12:45 - 1:30pm in Lucas Hall 125

    Behavioral Interviewing is based on the premise that the best predictor of future behavior is past behavior in similar situations. It's a common and popular form of interviewing used extensively by hiring managers because frequently candidates have to provide specific examples of how they would respond to hypothetical on-the-job situations. This workshop will provide you with how to recognize a behavioral question, give you a proven framework to answer these questions effectively and familiarize you with common behavioral questions to expect.

    Networking for Introverts - Tuesday, January 30th 2018, 3:45-4:30pm, 4:45 - 5:30pm in Lucas Hall 125

    Networking is an important component of the job search and yet, is often, characterized as stressful, grueling, and overwhelming.  This workshop will highlight specific characteristics of introversion, how shyness differs from introversion, and how to leverage introversion strengths to help networking be less stressful and more enjoyable.
