Program Director, Ciocca Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship
Marina Masini is the inaugural Program Director at Ciocca Center for Innovation and Entrepreneurship. Her mission is to provide an exceptional educational experience for all Santa Clara University students and to pilot a broad range of interdisciplinary programs. She is responsible for the direction and oversight of Ciocca Center programing including program logistics, managing the budget, supervising personnel, and achieving the goals of the strategic plans. She also supports the Executive Director in strategic planning, stewardship and external relations.
She has an extensive background in operations and event management. At SCU, she previously held the position of Office and Events Manager in the Dean's Office of the Leavey School of Business where she facilitated the Dean's premier events and aided in donor stewardship. She previously held positions with PwC and the San Jose Sharks.
Marina graduated from Menlo College with a B.S. in Sports Management and is currently pursuing her MBA from Santa Clara University with a concentration in Leading Innovative Organizations and Entrepreneurship & New Venture Creation with an expected graduation date of Spring 2021.
