In her role as Assistant Director of Communications and Social Marketing, Carrie Jaffe-Pickett photographs and reports on Center activities for its website and blogs, edits and proofreads written and online materials, and manages the Center's social media communities. She also assists as content manager for the website and in maintaining and curating the Center's media libraries.

Jaffe-Pickett has extensive experience in nonprofit communications, and has published feature articles on a variety of topics in regional and national publications. She has also won awards for fiction and poetry, is a devoted yogi, and has twice completed The New York City Marathon. She is the author of the recent popular e-book, "6 Degrees of Twitteration," and has her bachelor's degree in English and Creative Writing from Oberlin College.
