    In the last weeks, an incendiary flier mocking sexual assault and immigration was anonymously posted on the Santa Clara University campus. On January 30, after the flier was posted, First Amendment scholar Erwin Chemerinsky gave a previously scheduled talk at SCU on his book Free Speech on Campus.
