Assistant Director of HR, Employment Development
Cheryl is the Assistant Director for Human Resources, Employee Development at Santa Clara University. She is responsible for providing leadership and expertise to executive leadership, deans, directors, managers and supervisors. In this position, Cheryl creates programs, initiatives and services in the areas of: organizational development, leadership development, health and wellness, and employee development. She works with managers and teams to improve communication, morale, performance, and engagement. Cheryl is a level 2 certified trainer (and a Certified Master In Training) for The Leadership Challenge®, a certified coach for the Leadership Practices Inventory (LPI), and a certified facilitator for Myers Briggs Type Inventory (MBTI). Cheryl joined SCU in August 1993.
