We are the part of the Department of Human Resources responsible for all aspects of the payroll operations including the transmission and reporting of all employment taxes and the production of year end forms including W-2 and 1042 forms.
The timely and accurate processing of the University's semi-monthly payroll is a collaborative process between employees, managers and administrative offices, including the Department of Human Resources.

W-2 Tax Form Options - Opting Out of Paper Form on eCampus. Starting with tax year 2017 employees have the option to opt out of receiving a paper W-2 in the mail. Electronic W-2 forms will continue to be available on eCampus for all employees, including employees who decide not to opt out of receiving a paper W-2 form.More »

Upcoming Payroll Dates and Deadlines
Michelle is responsible for all the activities related to the preparation, accurate processing, and timely delivery of University's payroll, including the processing of employees' payroll information updates such as voluntary and involuntary deductions, direct deposit, tax withholding status, and one-time/supplemental payments.
Georgina Santiago is the Payroll Associate. In this role, she assists both Payroll and Student Employment in the Department of Human Resources. She serves as the primary contact for all payroll related inquiries.
