  • Pound Fitness

    New Fitness Class

    Beginning Wednesday, October 17 we will offer a new fitness class - Pound. Pound fitness is a combination cardio and weight training exercise approach that includes some of the rhythmic techniques used in Pilates. The class will run every Wednesday from 7:45 - 8:45 p.m.

  • Sullivan Aquatic Center

    Pool Closed

    The pool will be closed Friday-Sunday, October 25-27 for Water Polo tournaments.

    Basketball Courts Closed

    In October, all the basketball the courts will be closed as follows:

    Friday, October 18 3 p.m. - 9 p.m. - Admissions Open House event 

    Saturday, October 19 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. - Admissions Open House event

    Fall Fitness Schedule

    We are excited to have 31 classes each week this fall quarter & to be welcoming five new instructors. We were able to get the schedule done early this year - it will NOT begin until Monday, September 23 but it posted for you to plan your workouts.

    Nap Class

    Our campus wellness partners in the Wellness Center and Campus Ministry are hosting a sleep class this quarter Tuesdays 12:30 - 1:30 p.m.  &  Thursdays 4 - 5 p.m. in the Multifaith Sanctuary in St. Joseph's Hall.  For more information click here

Basketball Courts

The Malley Basketball Courts will be closed from Friday, 10/18 at 3 p.m. until Sunday, 10/19 at 9 p.m.
