Our Fitness Classes are open to all current members for a nominal fee. Our goal is to have 25 - 30 classes a week; for the Fall 2017 we have less classes. We offer classes throughout the day, and try to have them seven days a week, during the academic quarter.

Campus Recreation offers 20 - 30 fitness classes per week during the academic quarter. During the summer, Campus Recreation offers eight - 14 fitness classes per week in three sessions. Fitness classes available range form cardio classes such as Cardio Athletic Kickboxing or Body Conditioning, to mind, body, and spirit classes like All Levels Vinyasa Yoga.

All participants can attend fitness classes for free during Preview Week, which is the first week of each academic quarter.

Starting the second week of the academic quarter, all participants will need a pass to attend a fitness class. Classes will run from the second Monday to the Sunday before finals (nine weeks of classes). There will be no scheduled classes during finals week, but look out for free yoga or express classes.
