Current Fitness Schedule

The 2019 Winter Schedule will have 27 classes each week. Classes will begin Monday, January 7. As of Monday, September 14 all students and non-students will need a pass to attend classes.  See our Policies and Procedure page for details on the rates. 

There will be no classes Saturday, January 19 - Monday, January 21 & Saturday, February 16 - Monday, February 18  due to the holiday weekends. The schedule is subject to change based on instructor availabilities.

Please note the various class capacities for each class. We can not have more than the noted in each class and all classes are first come, first serve with one of the fitness passes as of Monday, January 14. The week of January 7 - January 13 passes will not be checked but capacities still enforced. Schedule updated: 12-20-18.
